Which visit type should I choose?

After selecting a practitioner, choose the option that matches your insurance or payment method.

Nourished insurance

Choose this option for Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser PPO, First Choice Health, or TRICARE West. We’ll confirm how your specific plan applies to your visit.

LCA or Wildflower Health

Choose this option if your visit is being arranged through Lactation Consultants of America (LCA) or Wildflower Health, including eligible Cigna plans.

Self-pay with a superbill

Choose this option for Regence, Premera, and other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, or if you prefer to pay directly. We can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Families have reported receiving 60–100% reimbursement on some out-of-network claims. Your actual reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

Apple Health (Medicaid) families

Please choose a self-pay service and submit your appointment request online. Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch about your discounted rate before confirming your visit.
