Childbirth Education- Whole Body Birth

4 weekly evening sessions cover anatomy/physiology, labor stages and phases, pain medications, pain coping skills, movement in labor, partner support, inductions/augmentation, cesarean birth, pelvic health tips, lactation, postpartum, recovery and life with your new baby.

$285 registration includes pregnant person and their support person/partner. Scholarships available as needed.
